Ege Ilicak (b. 1988, Ankara) is a street photographer based in Heidelberg, Germany. He photographs to discover what the world becomes inside a frame, bringing no message to the street and asking nothing of it in return. The photograph alone matters, not the moment it happened to hold.

Whether returning to the same streets for years or passing through only once, he works near the edge of failure, where pictures remain honest. What endures are local fragments of ordinary life, imperfect and true.
